Great importance is placed at Hill View House on promoting wellness and maximising the guest experience.

Five traditionally furnished bedrooms are offered with full en-suite facilities, fresh milk, leaf tea, ground coffee, boiled sweets, colour television, and a hair dryer. Natural cotton,
dust mite free non-allergenic bedding has been specifically chosen to ensure everyone enjoys a good night's sleep.

All diets are catered for using, when available, organic produce. Refreshingly varied breakfasts include smoothies, freshly squeezed orange juice and homemade preserves.

A comfortable stylish lounge and adequate parking are available to all our guests.

Hill View House is a fully restored late Victorian five-storey town house located within easy walking distance of the picturesque Dartmouth town centre and riverfront, and conveniently placed for visitors to explore the beautiful surrounding South Hams district and coastal paths.
The contemporary eco chic interior at Hill View House has been professionally designed in an eclectically original yet classic style. The accommodation is regrettably, however, unsuitable for both children and pets. A no smoking policy is in operation throughout.
