Owners Suzanne and Jonathan extend a warm welcome to all guests coming to Hill View House, the highest accredited VisitBritain 4 star B&B in Dartmouth. Hill View House is an established family run B&B situated only a few minutes walk from the beautiful Dartmouth town centre with its host of restaurants, galleries and shops, and River Dart waterfront. As befitting gold award winners within the VisitBritain Quality Assessment Scheme, we place great emphasis on hospitality, helpfulness, cleanliness and guest comfort to ensure that your stay is relaxing and enjoyable.
Hill View House Bed & Breakfast, a late Victorian five storey townhouse, was sensitively restored in recent years to include five comfortably furnished bedrooms all with full en-suite facilities and a stylish guest lounge. Each bedroom provides:

En-suite with bath sheets and toiletries
Refreshment tray with complimentary mineral water, fresh milk, leaf tea and ground coffee
Flat screen colour television
Mini cooler, hair dryer and radio alarm clock
Free wireless internet access

In addition, you will enjoy crisp natural cotton bedding, dust mite free and non allergenic pillows to ensure that you get a good night’s sleep.
We cater for all diets including vegan and coeliac and are pleased to have been awarded The VisitBritain Breakfast Award sponsored by Kellogg’s in November 2009. Our refreshingly varied breakfasts include smoothies, freshly squeezed orange juice and home-made preserves using, when available, organic and local produce.
Parking provision is made available to all car users at no extra cost and a 5% discount is given to guests coming by public transport!
Sadly, the internal layout of Hill View House is unsuitable for children under 14 and for pets.
